A half day program for two to four year old children. This morning program will include dance, gymnastics, music appreciation, crafts, and games. A perfect way to introduce dance and the arts to the stars of tomorrow.
A special program offering a variety of disciplines taking place during the month of June. This is an excellent chance for students to participate in a dance subject for a short term.
Summer Day Camp for Junior & Intermediate dancers ages 4 & up held in August. This camp features “all day dance” with a variety of disciplines. In addition, BTS Dance Corp offers a week long competitive camp in August that features guest teachers for Performers & Intermediate/Senior Level Dancers.
Holiday spirit gives students the opportunity to perform short holiday themed dances created in their classes and perform throughout the community during the holiday season. We visit local retirement homes, malls, as well as performing in the North Bay Christmas Parade, and Downtown Walk.
Dancers from 7 years and up may audition in June/July if they are experienced in a variety of dance disciplines. This is an excellent opportunity for talented dancers to gain performing experience in a competitive scene. This group annually presents the "Spotlight" show which features all competitive dancers from the studio. In addition, performers participates in dance competitions throughout the North American circuit.
A fun experience for adults who love dance and would like to try competition dance. Rehearsals are 1 hour weekly. No competitive experience required.
C.D.T.A. syllabus is used to train the ballet and tap students in correct technique. Exams may be taken at the end of the season if the student has reached the required level.
This full costume production held annually at the Capitol Centre features all students. Each year the show will take place on the last Sunday in May. Tickets are reserved seating and go on sale May 1st at the Capitol Centre Box office. Dress rehearsal and photos of all group classes take place during the week prior.
Technique classes for Junior, Intermediate, and Senior dancers ages 9 & up take place during July. This is a great way to stay in “dance shape” and improve technical skills during the summer break.
